Abstract
1. Incorporation of additives such as Cysteine hydrochloride and Ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) either in TEYFC or in EYC extender improved the post preservation quality of bucksemen.
2. Semen of Beetal bucks was superior at all the hours of preservation than that of Cross bred bucks.
