Abstract
The concept of agroforestry is gaining momentum in recent times and various projects are being implemented all over the country and the results are encouraging. In the opinion of dry land farmers, agriculture as such is becoming uneconomical. Hence, farmers are trying to compensate their loss through allied sources such as livestock production particularly small ruminants like sheep and goat.
