Materials are essential in every manufacturing sector. Natural composite fabrics have replaced synthetic materials in modern times due to the promising properties of common fibres such as light, water resistance, high tensile strength, eco-friendliness. While natural fibres are not as strong as synthetic fibres, they are widely available, low in thickness, low cost, renewable and biodegradable. The purpose of this research is to provide a detailed examination of jute fabric and nano - SiO2 reinforced epoxy composites that are commonly suitable and used. Jute fabric composite is preferred for static and dynamic applications due to its biodegradability and strength. As a filler, 15 nm SiO2 nano powder was used. Hand lay-up techniques were used to create several composite laminates with varying filler contents of 2, 3, and 5% SiO2 by weight of the epoxy resin (LY556). Some of the properties of the resulting composite were defined using tensile testing, impact testing, wear testing, moisture absorption testing, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). According to the results, the filler material developed composite has a significant impact on mechanical and thermal properties.en_US
