Abstract
An overall view of result obtained indicates that GTX persisted for longer
time in hepatopathic turkeys in case of both i.v. and oral administrations.
Based on pharmacokinetic parameters GTX may be given i.v. @ 9.56
mg/kg body weight at 52.98 h interval and orally @ 12.52 mg/kg body weight at
88.30 h interval in hepatopathic turkeys.
