The field experiment to study “Effect of Integrated Nutrient Management in Guava (Psidium guajava L.) cv. L-49 under Semi-Arid Conditions of Rajasthan” was conducted at International Horticulture Innovation and Training Center (IHITC), Durgapura (Jaipur) during the year 2017 and 2018. The experiment, comprised of 24 treatment combinations replicated three times, was laid out in factorial randomized block design with four RDF levels F1 (50 % Dose of NPK + 50 % Organic on N equivalent through vermicompost, F2 (75 per cent dose of NPK), F3 (100 per cent dose of NPK) and F4 (125 per cent dose of NPK), two levels of bio-fertilizers B1 (Azotobacter 50g/plant) and B2 (PSB 50g/plant) and three sprays of micronutrients M1 (ZnSO4 0.4%), M2 (H3 BO3 0.4%) and M3(FeSO4 0.4%). The results of the present investigation have clearly shown that application of 125 per cent dose of NPK (F4), Azotobacter50g (B1) and ZnSO4 0.4% (M1) significantly increased the vegetative parameters like plant height and plant spread (E-W and N-S) and yield or yield attributing characteristics like fruit set per cent, fruit diameter, fruit weight, fruit volume, number of fruits per tree, number of pickings, duration of harvesting, fruit yield per tree and fruit yield per hectare. Further, application of 125 per cent dose of NPK along with ZnSO4 (0.4%) exhibited significantly higher fruit yield per tree and per hectare. Significant increase in qualitative attributes like total soluble solids, ascorbic acid, total sugars, reducing sugar, sugar acid ratio, pectin content and minimum acidity content was also recorded with application of 125 per cent dose of NPK, Azotobacter50g (B1) and ZnSO4 (0.4%) (M1). Maximum net returns and B: C ratio was obtained with the application of 125per cent dose of NPK and ZnSO4 (0.4%). Further, it may be concluded that application of 100 per cent dose of NPK with Azotobacter(50g) and ZnSO4 (0.4%) is worth recommending to farmers of zone IIIA to get significantly better yield, net returns (Rs. 378553/ha) and maximum B: C ratio
