dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study was to identify the existence of TLR18 expression in various food shes of India viz., Channa striata, Pangasius pangasius, Mastacembelus guentheri, Cyprinus carpio, Catla catla, Tilapia mossambicus, Clarias batrachus and Labeo rohita. RT-PCR results showed that the basal expression of TLR18 was present in Pangasius pangasius. The sequence information generated for TLR18 gene was submitted to GenBank (Acc No: JQ627837).en_US
