dc.description.abstractThe pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of enrofloxacin was compared in Cobb strain broiler chicken after intravenous and oral administration of enrofloxacin at the rate of 10mg.kg-1. The concentration of enrofloxacin at various time intervals in plasma was determined by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by non compartmental approach.en_US
