dc.description.abstract | The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of enrofloxacin was compared in Cobb strain broiler chicken after intravenous and oral administration of enrofloxacin at the rate of 10mg.kg-1. The concentration of enrofloxacin at various time intervals in plasma was determined by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by non compartmental approach. | en_US |
