Abstract
For the samples of cow milk collected from street vendors and organised dairy farms the increase in keeping quality was meagre when Methylene Blue reduction time (MBRT) was between 3 to 4 hours and less than 2 hours, for the various concentrations tried ie, 25: 15 30: 30, 30 : 45 and 45 : 30 ppm of hydrogen peroxide and thiocyanate
