dc.description.abstractThe present investigation on “MOLECULAR MARKERS BASED GENETIC DIVERSITY ANALYSIS IN FINGER MILLET [Eleusine coracana (L.) Gaertn.]” was conducted at Department of Biotechnology, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh with objectives to analyze different finger millet (25) genotypes for biochemical and molecular diversity using various PCR based molecular markers viz. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD), Inter Simple Sequence Repeats (ISSRs) and Simple Sequence Repeats (SSRs) as well as to find out the phylogenetic relationship among different finger millet genotypes.
