On the basis of the observation recorded in the present studies and as summarized, it is inferred that toasting (130°C for 10 mts) of soybean had a positive effect in eliminating the antinutritional factors of raw soybean. Raw or toasted soybean can be incorporated at 4% and 8% levels respectively as a substitute for fish meal in a composite pig diets (w/w) without having any adverse effects on the performance of starter, grower and finishing pigs.
