dc.description.abstract | RT-PCR technique had been chosen to study the caprine antigen presenting cells induced Th cells cytokine secretion proļ¬le. Macrophages induced more IFN- Y than IL-4 cytokine mRNA and in contrast, B cells induced higher IL-4 production than IFN-Y. In general, IL-4 mRNAs were more in two antigen pulsed cultures as assessed by integrated densitometry analysis. | en_US |
