Abstract
Aerosol route of inoculation of the lentogenic strains of NDV in chicks with reference to production of HI antibodies was found to be superior to other routes of administration namely s/c, i/n and drinking water methods. The La Sota strain proved to be a better HI antibody producing strain than the F and CDF-66 strain of NDV. But challenge experiments showed that there was no significant differences between the protection ability of F, CDF-66 and La Sota strains of NDV and the route of administration.
