Aerosol route of inoculation of the lentogenic strains of NDV in chicks with reference to production of HI antibodies was found to be superior to other routes of administration namely s/c, i/n and drinking water methods. The La Sota strain proved to be a better HI antibody producing strain than the F and CDF-66 strain of NDV. But challenge experiments showed that there was no significant differences between the protection ability of F, CDF-66 and La Sota strains of NDV and the route of administration.en_US
