Abstract
Amobile poultry processing plant has been designed such that it in corporates
all the necessary features required to ensure hygienic slaughter and dressing of
poultry. Further, it obviates the need for extensive requirement for space, and
is economical in comparison to establishing a poultry processing retail outlet in
a plush market in a city. The unit may also double up as a unit to prepare and
market ready to cook chicken products in places where people congregate such
as shopping malls and commercial hubs.
