Abstract
The present study was carried out to standardize a molecular methodology for
sexing of monomorphic and dimoiphic uvizui species using universal PCR primers
to overcome the difficulties of traditional scanning methods. For this study, a total of
72 samples were utilized from 2013 to 2014.
