Broiler ‘chicks were fed with graded levels of 0, 0.25, 0.5 and 1 ppm aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) for four weeks. The AFB fed groups recorded significantly (P < 0.05) lower weight gain, feed consumption and feed efficiency in dose depended manner. Addition ofAFB1 at 0.5 ppm and above level induced a dose related drop in PCV, Hb concentration and serum total proteins, Serum cholesterol level was lowered and SGOT was high in all toxin fed groups. Whereas serum SGPI‘ concentration was not influenced by AF B1.en_US
