Abstract
Bovine colostrum plays a vital role in health and nutrition and it is also a
protecting agent against various diseases. In the present scenario, the surplus
colostrum after feeding the calves is not fully utilized, as there is no procurement
value for colostrum. The establishment of colostrum bank would link the rural
farmers and the needy urban people. This helps in improving the economic status of
