Abstract
Although Willis (1962) reported incidences of complete pharyngo-cutaneous fistula in humans, there is no literature on its occurrence or similar conditions in animals. A crossbred one day-old heifer calf, on examination revealed a clefl at the base of the left ear, which was extending up to the level of the angle of mandible. The cleft was accompanied by pharyngo~cutaneous fistula openíng into the cleft. Ventral to the opening, there was an abnormal xudimentaiy tongue (Som long and 2.5 cm wide) and a lower jaw with two temporaxy central incisors (Fig.1). The extemal ear canal was absent on the left side.
