Abstract
Liver obtained from a leopard at Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur and from a domestic cat formed the materials for the comparative study. The different lobular structures noticed over the surfaces of liver for leopard were similar to those of domestic cat liver. However, the fissure which divided the left lateral lobe was deeper in the liver of panther and unlike in case of cat, it almost divided the entire left lateral lobe into two halves.
