dc.description.abstract | Mecheri sheep is one among the eight recognized sheep breeds of Tamil Nadu reared mainly for meat and the primary by-product is skin. Since blood biochemical parameters like blood glucose, protein. cholesterol and other biochemical constituents changes according to the type of feeding, age and sex of the animal. the study on blood biochemical proļ¬le of Mecheri sheep was carried out to document different biochemical constituents of this breed at different stages of growth under uniform feeding. | en_US |
