Lipomas are benign mesenchymal neoplasms composed of lobules of well differentiated adipocytes. These neoplasms are commonly encountered in dogs and rarely recorded in domestic species (Moulton, 1990; Aiello, 1998). Subcutaneous lipoma in mammals often raise at site of trauma but they are not common in chicken (Yang and Lee, 1987). In this case presentation, pathomorphological assessment of a lipoma in Wattle of a hen is discussed.en_US
