Abstract
Ahmed er al (1976) proposed that the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction often depended on the demonstration of elevated plasma enzyme activity. Karmen et al (1954) and Dreyfus et al (1960) and Roberts et al (1974) pointed out that serum CPK determination were becoming increasingly important in the diagnosis and quantification of acute myocardial infarction.
