dc.description.abstractThe present research work was carried with the objective of identifying A1 and A2 variants of beta casein gene in umbalachery breed and to develop spray dried milk powder from A2 milk. Bovine genomic DNA was extracted using Phenol: Chloroform: lso amyl alcohol method. Tetra Ampliļ¬cation Refractrory Mutation System Polymerase Chain Reaction was used to analysis A1 and A2 beta casein variants in umbalachery cattle.en_US
