dc.description.abstract | The study was carried out at farmer’s field with 150 numbers of day old Kadakanath chicks randomly divided into three groups of control CP - 16 % (T1), CP - 15 % (T2) and CP - 14% (T3) to study the effect feeding different levels of crude protein in the growth performance of Kadakanath chicks during summer month. Isocaloric (ME-2400 Kcal / Kg) experimental diets were formulated with different levels of crude protein of 16 %, 15 % and 14 % and fed to Kadakanath birds from day old to 11 weeks of age, Daily feed intake and weekly body weight and cumulative feed efficiency were recorded. | en_US |
