Abstract
Dung samples from thirty diarrhoeic calves and 29 non-diarrhoeic calves were subjected to high speed centrifugation and were examined under electron microscope. Electron microscopical examination revealed the presence of Rota virus, Small Round viruses, Adenoviruses, Paramyxoviruses and other agents. Rotaviruses were associated with diarrhoeic calf. A calf with respiratory symptoms and diarrhoea showed a mixed infection of Para Influenza virus, Rotavirus and Small Round virus.
