Ultrasonography is a non-invasive technique
for the diagnosis of anatomical, pathological
and physiological conditions of all parts of the
mammary gland (teat and parenchyma). The
application of ultrasound in the evaluation of
milk ow disorders is a biggest challenge in our
country. There are lots of studies carried out on
mastitis but only quite a few studies were carried
out on milk flow disorders in India. This study
reports the comparison of clinical and ultrasonographic
diagnosis of milk flow disorders in hand
