Abstract
Fetal anasarca (Water Puppy Syndrome) is a condition characterized by severe whole body subcutaneous edema of the fetus due to abnromal accumulation of serous fluid various organs, cavities or tissues of the body resulting in dystokia (Wallace et al, 1995).
