Gold Strike)’’ was conducted with a view to standardize dehydration technique to ensure their attractive appearance after drying. The whole work was divided in three experiments. Experiment-I and II was conducted at the Department of Horticulture, B. A. College of Agriculture and experiment III was carried out with the collaboration of Department of Botany, B. A.
