Abstract
Electrophoretic analysis of rabbits immunised with the
lipopolysaccharides of the immunotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
was carried out. On the 11th day of immunisation, the β1 globulin
was found to increase very much and 1/2 globulin to lesser level.
The slide agglutination (SA) serum titers showed cross reaction
between type 3 and 1 only.
