dc.description.abstractIn India Coccidiosis of sheep and goat cause heavy morbidity and mortality (Sivanarayana, 1969). Various drugs like Sulfamezathine, amprolium hydrochloride, sulfadimidine, nitrofurazone, monensin (Deb et. al., 1981; Swarup et. al., 1982; Srivastava et.al., 1984; Parai, 1985; are being used against this disease. Efficacy of the drugs depends upon the sensitivity of the protozoa or Oocyst towards the drugs.en_US
