Abstract
A two day old male cross bred Jersey calf weighing around 26 Kg was
brought to the Large Animal Surgery Unit of Veterinary Clinical Complex,
Tirunelveli, with the history of abdominal distension, tenesmus and absence
of voidance of faeces since birth. Physical examination revealed, absence of
anal opening.
