Abstract
An unusual case of Dermatitis herpetiformis was observed in an Alsatian
dog characterised clinically by generalised alopecia, papules and pustules with
occasional crusting and histologically by microbscesses with infiltration of
neutrophils and stray eosinophils in the epidermal and subepidermal areas akin
to the condition described in man.
