Abstract
Dermatofibrosis, a condition affecting German shepherd breed of dogs
has been reported to occur mostly in Europe and also in Canada and U.S.A.
The Condition is seen in middle aged dogs with multiple cutaneous and
subcutaneous firm nodules of mature fibrous connective tissue affecting
first the extremities and later becoming progressively generalised.
Traumatization of the lesions leads to erosions alopecia and
hyperpigmentation.
