This study explored the effect of crop geometry and nitrogen management on yield nutrient stoichiometry of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum L.) grain under guava based agri-horti system. The experiment was conducted at Agricultural research farm of Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, BHU, Barkachha in 3 x 4 randomized block design (factorial) with three replications. The soil of the experimental plot is sandy-loam in texture with pH 5.38.The treatment consisted of three different crop geometry (45 x 15, 40 x 20 and 30 x 20 cm) and four different nitrogen mnagement (0% RDN, 100% RDN by urea , 75% RDN by urea + 25% RDN by FYM and 50% RDN by urea + 50% RDN by FYM). Findings of the study demonstrated that significantly maximum growth parameters viz., plant height, leaf area index, crop growth rate, relative growth rate, maximum yield and yield attributes viz., Panicle length, Panicle girth, Grain panicle-1 test weight, grain yield, biological yield and harvest index were recorded in the crop geometry 40cm x 20cm with application of 100% RDN by urea. Similarly higher nutrient content, uptake and stoichiometry was obtained in the crop geometry 40cm x 20cm with application of 100% RDN by urea. We conclude that the crop geometry 40cm x 20 cm and application 100% RDN by urea enhance the yield, nutrient content and stoichiometry of pearl millet in comparison to the other treatments.en_US
