Antibody response to Newcastle disease virus in turkeys and other birds using ELISA was studied in 51 turkey, 46 duck and 92 chicken sera samples in field conditions. The results of the titre tests proved an increase in antibody titre from 0 day to 21st DPV in chicken and turkey, where as no significant increase was observed in ducks. The results were statistically analysed and the data proved the utility of ELISA in quantifying antibody response in turkeys and ducks besides chickens.en_US
