Estimation of K concentration and pH in the vitreous humour of bullocks at 0,4,8,12,24,36 and 48 hours after death showed a significant (P <0.05) increase in the vitreous humour K concentration with peak values at 24 hours at ambient temperature and at 36 hours at refrigeration temperature. K concentration decreased significantly (P< 0.05) at 48 hours in the refrigeration temperature. The pH value of vitreous humour changed from alkalinity to neutrality at 24 hours at both the temperatures.en_US
