The use of one male for every 15 females of White Leghorn layers resulted in similar fertility and hatchability when compared with a flock of 1 to 10 ratio. The results indicate adoption of a wider ratio of male to female than the conventional Ito 10 ratio. This may help to economize the cost of production of hatching eggsen_US
