Cock fighting is a folk sport in rural areas and now-a-days it has become more popular in urban cities too. Traumatic injuries to cock during the fight may be fatal if it involves severing of major blood vessels of visceral organs. However, non-fatal injuries may traumatise the eyes, skin, beak and other body parts and may lead to evisceration of organs. This paper reports a case of eviscerated tongue in a fowl and its surgical management.en_US
