Abstract
Noni (Morinda citrifolia) is a drought tolerant tree, which grows in adverse
climatic conditions (20-450 C). There are about 160 phytochemical compounds identified in
this plant which is having the explored benefits such as anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial,
anti-nematode, anti-cancer and in the treatment of arthritis, diabetes, asthma, hypertension
and pain
