Abstract
The intention of the present work was to study the expression of certain proinflammatory, antiviral and immune regulatory cytokines by avian infectious bronchitis virus. The important objective is to determine the relative changes in the expression of certain genes involved in inflammation, virus elimination, immune regulation responsible for inducing innate immune response and comparing them with the Cell mediated immune responses and the humoral immune responses in trachea, lungs and spleen of chickens.
