Education, risk orientation, cosmopoliteness, scientific orientation, mass media exposure, extension participation, innovative proneness, extension contact and economic motivation were significantly related to Adoption behavior of Paddy growers. Lack of sufficient Knowledge and guidance on Climate Resilient Technologies, limited extension activities on Climate Resilient Technologies and non-availability of labour to adopt Climate Resilient Technologies were the major constraints expressed by the head reach farmers.Whereas major constraints expressed by the tail end farmers were untimely release and improper scheduling of water in the canals, uneven and untimely rainfall and non availability of labour to adopt Climate Resilient Technologies.
