This study was conducted at UAS, Bangalore covering all the colleges. Data were collected from a sample of 12 administrators, 120 teachers and 240 students using simple random sampling technique and pre-tested questionnaires. Analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed that majority of the administrators (62.5 %) were moderately satisfied with the teaching, examination and evaluation related conditions. Equal percentage of students (36.6 %) perceived that the teaching support facilities at the university were ‘very good’ and ‘moderately good’. Majority of teachers (53.3 %) perceived the level of UG students’ academic performance was ‘good’. The introduction of centralised examination system seems to have a favourable impact on the academic performance of UG students. Study habits, accommodation, participation in extracurricular activities, parents’ education, use of teaching aids and system of examination showed a significant relationship with the level of academic performance of the U.G students. Major constraints faced by the administrators, teachers and students were: lack of sufficient ICT enabled smart classrooms and less expertise of teachers to skillfully handle the various teaching aids. Suggestions offered by the administrators, teachers and students were: provision of classrooms with internet facility and various ICT tools, provision of proper guidance and counseling to the newly enrolled UG students and introduction of special career-oriented coaching classes for them.en_US
