Abstract
The pelleting process is widely used because of its physical and nutritional benefits. The
physical benefits are improved easy handling, reduced ingredient segregation, less feed
wastage in the form of dust, etc., and increased bulk density. The nutritional benefits of the
pellet feed improve animal performance and efficiency of feed utilization compared with
mash feed
