Abstract
Energy, Education and Environment are the of important E's in Planning and Strategies for Development activities of These E's Energy Assumes the Focal importance and is Considered as a critical economic input for every development process. Ever since initiation of Civilization, Energy as been used in numerous forms and energy crisis has been a Global Problem. In the Contemporary society too, energy has been identified as most basic requirement for Human Life, agriculture, Transportation, Communication and other Techno-Economic development. This is Mainly because energy has the capacity to produce the effect through transfer of heat and work and of uses in Various forms has been expanded for different aspects of life.
