Abstract
A study was conducted to find out the effect of dietary supplementation of vasambu (Acorus calamus) powder in Grarnapriya chicks for a period of five weeks. 240 straight run, day old chicks were randomly divided into three groups of four replicates with 20 chicks each. Gramapriya chicks in T1 were fed with control ration, T2-control ration plus 0.05 per cent of vasambu in basal diet, and T3-control ration plus 0.1 per cent of vasambu in basal diet.
