Abstract
The present study on the gross and microanatomy on the eye ball of the Japanese quail was carried out in different age groups. The right and left eye balls were collected and their gross and morphornetrical measurement were carried out. The eye balls were fixed in different fixatives for routine paraffin embedding. The paraffin sections of
5-6µm thickness were used for routine and special staining
techniques.
