Abstract
This study .was conducted during 2004-05 in Karnataka state to asses
the organizational climate perception of ADAs and AOs of Karnataka state
Department of Agriculture.
Organizational climate perception was measured using a pre determined
scale which consisted of 32 items representing seven organizational climate
dimensions viz., programme planning, communication, decision-making,
supervision and guidance, programme implementation, organizational
structure and personnel management. The data collected from 60 ADAs and 60
AOs were analyzed using appropriate statistical tools and techniques.
