The present condition of the rural poor is desecrate Majorly of there are victims of vicious circle of poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition and insanitary living conditions . Hence, the development of the rural areas is of Very importance and it is vital to the survival of the developing world and of the world as a whole Little meaning of rural development is likely to vary across Geographic , cultures and ecologist.
