dc.description.abstract | A total of 30 skin swabs from Feline pyoderma cases were subjected for culture and antibiogram. The Staphylococcus intermedius was isolated (60%) along with other bacteria and fungi. It showed sensitivity to Amikacin (70%), Ciprofloxacin (60%), Gentamicin (50%), Amoxicillin-Clavulanic acid (40%) and complete resistance to Ampicillin. The medical records analysis evidenced that the isolates (20%) showed resistant to all antimicrobial drugs tested. | en_US |
