A study was carried out to find out the changes in serum parameters, muscle cholesterol and intestinal villi of broilers at six weeks of age fed with glucose, egg and whey powder during early growth period (0-7 days). A total of 256 chicks were divided into eight treatment groups with four replicates. Pre-starter diets top dressed with 100 g of glucose, egg powder and whey powder each separately and in different combinations of 100g glucose+100g egg powder;100g glucose+100g whey powder and 100g glucose+100g egg powder+100g whey powder. After six weeks of growth period, broilers were slaughtered to collect serum, muscles and intestinal samples. Serum total cholesterol, LDL & HDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, total protein, albumin, globulin, A/G ratio and muscle cholesterols were estimated. The serum total cholesterol, LDL and HDL cholesterol and triglycerides revealed were showing significant (P<0.05) improvement in treatment groups compared to control group (139.74, 66.39, 57.68 and 49.50 mg/dl respectively). Breast and thigh muscle cholesterol showed significant difference (P<0.05) by using whey powder fed group (81.40, 80.59 mg/dl) compared to control group. Intestinal villi length show significant increase (P<0.01) in whey powder fed group compared to control group. The whey powder and egg powder feeding leads to significantly increased serum total protein level (4.53 mg/dl). It was conclude that juvenile feeding of egg powder significantly reduced the cholesterol and triglycerides level in serum as well as muscle and also improved the total protein content.en_US
